Ingredients

Scale

Jello Layers

  • 2 packages (3 oz each) raspberry-flavored Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups cold water

Pudding Layer

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Toppings

  • 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
  • Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the Jello Layers: In a large mixing bowl, dissolve 1 package of raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup cold water and stir again.
  2. Chill First Jello Layer: Pour about a quarter of the Jello mixture into each serving glass, filling them about ¼ full. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  3. Prepare the Vanilla Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  4. Layer the Pudding: Once the first Jello layer is firm, spoon the chilled vanilla pudding into each glass, filling them halfway. Smooth the surface with a spoon if needed.
  5. Prepare Second Jello Layer: Repeat the Jello preparation with the second package: dissolve in boiling water, add cold water, and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Add Second Jello Layer: Gently pour the cooled second Jello mixture over the pudding layer in each glass until about ¾ full. Chill for another 30 minutes until set.
  7. Top with Whipped Cream: After all layers have set, add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top of each cup.
  8. Garnish and Serve: Decorate each cup with fresh raspberries and a small mint leaf if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy your beautiful layered dessert!
