Instructions

  1. Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix well until the butter mixture is smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Butter the Bread: Evenly spread the prepared butter mixture over one side of each slice of white bread. Arrange the bread slices on a sheet tray with the buttered side facing up, prepping them for the skillet.
  3. Assemble the Sandwich: Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread into the skillet, butter side down. Layer one slice of mozzarella cheese, followed by 6 slices of pepperoni, another slice of mozzarella, 6 more pepperoni slices, and a final slice of mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Top and Cook: Place another slice of bread over the sandwich, butter side up. Cook the sandwich until the bottom piece of bread turns golden brown, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Carefully flip the sandwich and continue cooking until the other side is golden and the cheese inside is fully melted.
