Instructions

  3. Cut into Strips: Use a pizza cutter to slice the double-layered pastry evenly into ½-inch wide strips.
  4. Twist and Shape Pastries: Twist each strip individually and then coil it into a swirl shape. Arrange the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Apply Egg Wash: Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk well to create an egg wash. Generously brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash to develop a glossy finish.
