Ground Beef
- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Burger Special Sauce
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 5 teaspoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Water, as needed to thin sauce
Bowl Add-ins
- 1 bag tater tots
- Shredded Cheddar cheese (about 1 cup)
- Diced red onions (1/4 cup)
- Chopped tomatoes (1/2 cup)
- Chopped lettuce (1 cup)
- Diced pickles (1/4 cup)
- Cook Tater Tots: Preheat your oven and cook the tater tots according to the package directions until golden and crispy.
- Make Special Sauce: In a bowl, mix light mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, Cajun seasoning, sugar, and garlic powder. The sauce will initially be thick; add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat a large pan over medium heat and add ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. About halfway through cooking, stir in Worcestershire sauce. Increase heat near the end to brown the beef crumbles, then drain excess grease.
- Prep Bowl Ingredients: While cooking the beef, prepare diced red onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped lettuce, diced pickles, and shred the Cheddar cheese.
- Assemble Bowls: In serving bowls, layer crispy tater tots, cooked seasoned ground beef, and your prepared veggies and cheese. Drizzle the special sauce liberally over the top and serve immediately.
